1.What should I do to buy PCMedBook ?
There are three easy steps to do this.
a) download installation package from this site. After installing it - you can run it for up to 15 days
b) when you are ready to buy it - go to the "Help" - "About..." menu, and click "Buy now button" - you
will be connected to the secure web site - to complete a transaction.
c) after your transaction completed - you will receive via email a license key number. Restart
PCMedBook and enter this number into the "Install Key Number" field.
2.Can I try the program before I purchase it?
- Yes, you can download a full functional trial version of the PCMedBook. If you want to continue to use it
after this that, you can buy
3.What limitations does the trial version have?
Trial version is a fully functional. The only limitation is the time you can use it - 15 days at the moment.
4. I have purchased the software and have not received my key, what do I do?
-If it has been more than 48 hours send in a support request using our support form with
you Full Name, email address you used when you purchased and what registration
service you used.
5.I have a pain, but I can't find a suitable description - what can I do ?
-If you a problem e.g back pain, but can't find a suitable description from the list offered, you can create a
new choice - go to a "Factors" menu, then click "Delete or modify a problem..." radio button,
select category, subcategory and a problem name, then enter a new choice you want to add to the "New
Choice" field and press "Add choice" button. Press "Modify" button to save your changes.
-If you have a totally new problem -you can also go to the "Factors" menu, select a Category and
subcategory for you new problem( or factor), enter all necessary parameters and press "Create" button
to save your changes.
6.I want to point on a green spot on a virtual body and expect to see a list with the
problems to select - but nothing happened.
- you need to rotate a virtual body until a zone with your problem will be directed towards you
